March 7th, be there.

I wish I had time to update this blog hourly. I haven't been able to manage that yet, but in the meantime, here is something we should all attend.

There is a concert this weekend to benefit Sheryl Stack (widow of the suicide pilot from a couple weeks ago) and her daughter. They've been left with next to nothing, and the musical community has come together to help them get their lives started again. It will be a very eclectic afternoon, with rock, blues, celtic, gospel and classical music being played! Please come, bring your wallets, and spread the word!

Sun., March 7, 1pm - 8pm
Bachus Conservatory
8000 Anderson Square, Suite 112

Performers include:

The Flaming Kelts
The Texcentrics
Glenn Rexach and Friends
The Mundi Ensemble
Lynda Millard
Jennifer Bourianoff
Brett Bachus
Gil Zilkha
Julia Cory
Marti Dudgeon
Berkeley Methodist Church choir (the Stack's church)
Greater Mt. Zion Church choir (the church attended by the late Vernon Hunter [the IRS employee killed in the plane crash] and his wife)
